The Dom Pedro Laguna is located 40 minutes from the Fortaleza International Airport, the capital of northern Brazilian state of Ceara. In spite of being of the smallest states of Brazil, Ceara has one of the longest coastlines in the country. It is set within a unique300 hectares wide ecological resort and leisure complex, which is the very first of its kind. A luxury Eco-resort spread out across approximately 740 acres, of which 143 acres is under environmental protection. This resort boasts of a 2km of coastline and year round temperate due mainly to its proximity with the equator.
The Dom Pedro Laguna Resort is quiet and provides complete privacy; it is a paradise between the golf course and the beach. Perfectly integrated into the environment, this hotel offers a truly unique holiday experience. In the lobby the guests are welcomed 24 hourly, with a concierge service. The complete staff of the hotel is multilingual, especially fluent in English and Spanish. There is a currency exchange cloakroom and lift access available.
The hotel offers a total of 102 room, suites and spacious villas. These are all luxuriously decorated and equipped with cable LCD televisions, air conditioning, electronic security locks and a mini-bar. Each room has an attached washroom complete with a make-up mirror and a hairdryer. Further amenities include a double bed, free Internet access, a laptop safe and a telephone among other such facilities. Furthermore, a balcony or a terrace is a standard feature for all the rooms.
The resort has a number of activities to offer, in order to entertain the guests during their vocational stay at the resort. An excellent place for golf events, Dom Pedro Laguna has the first Ocean Golf Course in Ceara. It is a 9-hole course with a 36 par. Other games available to the guests are beach volley ball and beach soccer.

The main restaurant is the White restaurant which has a full buffet service, with international and thematic gastronomy show cooking specialties. There is show cooking to be seen at this restaurant. Apart from the White there is the Al fresco restaurant which is present by the pool. This restaurant offers local grilled specialties and gourmet snacks.
The bars include the Sal e Pepe, and the Water Bar. The Sal e Pepe is present in the lobby and offers local and international drinks from 10am to 1 am. Whereas the water bar is poolside and offers all kinds of drinks from 9am to 6pm. Aside from that the hotel has a 24 hour room service for those guests who would like to stay in enjoy a quite private meal.
